When placing a bet on C Baze, members must ensure they fully understand all applicable conditions before confirming. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless the Cash Out feature is available and active.
If a match or event is cancelled, single bets on that event are generally voided and the original stake is refunded. In accumulator bets, a voided leg is removed and the remaining legs are used to settle the bet.
If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, C Baze reserves the right to void any bets placed at those odds. Clearly erroneous odds — such as 1.01 or unrealistically low prices — will be corrected or cancelled once identified, and affected members will be notified.

To withdraw a bonus, you must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 15x wagering requirement means you need to place a total of ৳15,000 in bets. This calculation applies to the bonus amount only, not the deposit. For Sports Betting, only bets with minimum odds of 1.50 or more generally count toward wagering.
Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, claiming bonuses more than once from the same household or IP address, or attempting to circumvent bonus terms is strictly prohibited. If such behaviour is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on C Baze. Violations will result in account closure and may lead to balance forfeiture.
C Baze reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time — particularly in cases of terms violations, suspected fraud, or other security concerns. During a suspension, the member will be unable to place new bets or make withdrawals.
